We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not satisfied for any reason we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email NextSupport@paragon-outdoor.com with your name, order number, and item(s) you wish to return. Please note the following:

• All returned items must be in the original packaging, undamaged, unused, and in good condition. 
• Please remove all original shipping labels from the box and include the original packing list with your return.

Please allow up to 2 business days following our receiving of your items for your return to be processed by our Customer Service team. It can take up to 10 business days to receive your refund, depending on your bank or financial institution's processing times.
