Shipping Policy
Our goal is to deliver your order in a timely manner. All orders are processed within 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Standard ground shipping and delivery is included on all orders to the contiguous United States. Small structures and patio heaters are shipped via FedEx, while multiple quantities and larger structures are shipped LTL. Paragon Outdoor is not responsible for delays incurred by shipping carriers. Reference the list below to determine which method your outdoor structure will be shipped:

Delivery Lead Times
All LTL orders have an estimated lead time of 7-14 days shipped via CEVA. FedEx orders can take up to 5 days depending on your location within the U.S. Please note that these estimated delivery times are in addition to the 5 days for order processing.
Threshold Delivery
We want to ensure your delivery experience is as smooth and convenient as possible. For all LTL orders, we offer Threshold Delivery. This service includes delivery of large items to the first dry area on your property, such as a garage or just inside your front door. This way, you can be confident that your purchase is safe and protected from the elements.
Additionally, Threshold Delivery allows you to choose a designated appointment time and requires a signature upon delivery, ensuring your order arrives when it’s most convenient for you.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico
Our complimentary standard shipping offer applies to orders within the contiguous U.S. Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
